Because you are a dry bar how much do I need to spend on liquor?
A good rule of thumb is that for each person at your event it will be around $10. So if there are 50 people coming to your event you should expect to spend about $500.
What is a dry bar?
A dry bar is a bar that does not purchase the alcohol and only provides the bartending services and set-up. The host of the event purchas the alcohol and we use it throughout the night to make drinks. After the event is over whatever alcohol is left is given back to the host. This is the main reason why we are 50%-60% less expensive than other mobile bars.
How much does the mobile bar service cost?
The answer is that it depends on what is needed. Contact us and lets go through how we can tailor our services to your event.
What is included in the base package?
The items included in the base package are: A bartender, pop-up bar, cups, straws, napkins, and 2 featured cocktails.
Are we licensed and insured?
Yes! We are licensed and insured in the state of Oklahoma.
How many bartenders are needed at my event?
The rule of thumb is that for every 75 guests that are at the event there needs to be one bartender. This may change depending on what you want to do…for instance if there if you want a champagne pour you would need another bartender even if the party size is 50.
